If a student is having trouble Authorizing Google in Canvas, please ask them to log out of their Chromebook and remove their account from the device. After doing so, they can add their account back to the device and try accessing Canvas again.

For directions on how to remove an account from a district Chromebook, please follow the directions below.
  1. On the Chromebook sign-in screen, select the profile you want to remove.
  2. Next to the profile name, select the Down arrow .
  3. Select Remove this user.
  4. In the box that appears, select Remove this user.
