1. Please check the mouse battery. Wireless mice mostly take a AA or AAA battery that can deplete quickly and cause the mouse to stop working. This is noted by the red sensor light, on the bottom of the mouse, if a drained battery, the light will be off. If there is a red light, then it's a connectivity issue.
  2. Also, next to the senor light, there is an on/off switch - make sure the mouse is turned on.
  3. Toggle Bluetooth on and off on the Chromebook. Sometimes this helps "refresh" Bluetooth's connection. Also, make sure it's connected by clicking on the mouse name in the Bluetooth section.
  4. Make sure the mouse is on a dark, smooth surface, otherwise the mouse cursor may not respond to the mouse movements.
