My wireless mouse isn't working

- Please check the mouse battery. Wireless mice mostly take a AA or AAA battery that can deplete quickly and cause the mouse to stop working. This is noted by the red sensor light, on the bottom of the mouse, if a drained battery, the light will be off. If there is a red light, then it's a connectivity issue.
- Also, next to the senor light, there is an on/off switch - make sure the mouse is turned on.
- Toggle Bluetooth on and off on the Chromebook. Sometimes this helps "refresh" Bluetooth's connection. Also, make sure it's connected by clicking on the mouse name in the Bluetooth section.
- Make sure the mouse is on a dark, smooth surface, otherwise the mouse cursor may not respond to the mouse movements.
